Get To Know The CEO
A true strategy leader and passionate advocate for the underserved and underrepresented, Cleveland native Teffanie J. Hale is a dynamic force known for maximizing operational excellence in education and beyond.

With over 10 years of experience working at all levels of strategic planning, consulting for educational equity and equality, and executive project management within public schools, Teffannie also maintains an active consulting agenda as the CEO of The CAP Projects [CAP: Community And Parents] which examines and leads conversations and initiatives to eradicate implicit biases in underserved at-risk schools with predominantly African American students. This work has also led her to facilitate Professional Development classes for small businesses and educational professionals and introduces initiatives to stop racism and prejudices within the classrooms.

Unapologetically outspoken with having a natural gift for forging bonds with a multitude of different communities, Teffannie has been recognized for her passionate public speaking abilities where she rallies communities together to encourage social justice advocacy. Her unwavering commitment to educational equity has been fueled by serving on several local public school committees and supporting social initiatives, including the Parent Advisory Committee (PAC), Family Engagement Committee (FEC), and Problem Solving Advisory Groups.

Teffannie is also respected as a Principal Project Manager. As an outgoing and service-focused project and thought-leader, with a successful track record of supporting the planning and implementation stages of projects for a diverse group of organizations, she has excelled at managing large scale projects. For over a decade she has organized and coordinated successful cross-functional and collaborative project management and implementation goals for business entities, educational institutions and underserved community programs.

As the National Senior Project Manager for the Bernie Sanders 2020 campaign, Hale extended her dedication to eradicating social justice wrongs by managing strategic projects, events and campaign initiatives for four campaign national co-chairs: former Ohio State Senator Nina Turner, Ben Cohen of Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream, Mayor Yulín Cruz of San Juan Puerto Rico and Congressman Ro Khanna of California. Hale also successfully managed over 600 state and local groups as the Community Engagement Manager for Sanders’ Our Revolution progressive political action organization prior to joining the Bernie Sanders campaign in 2019.

In her role as the Director of Strategic Planning and Production, Hale was tapped to helm the guest development of Senator Nina Turner’s highly acclaimed Hello Somebody Podcast, which debuted with over 30,000 listeners within the first month. Hale was charged with strategically vetting, selecting, and managing guests to uphold and uplift the intentions of this “hell-raising humanitarian” podcast.
